生平

丁荷生，美國裔學者，曾任麥吉爾大學教授，現任新加坡國立大學中文系教授，長期在福建莆田等地進行道教與民間宗教田野。著《道教儀式與中國東南的民間信仰》（Taoist Ritual and Popular Cults of Southeast China，1993）、《三一教主：中國東南的宗教綜合》（Lord of the Three in One，1998），與鄭振滿合編《福建宗教碑銘彙編》（興化府、泉州府分冊）等，與 Brian Massumi 合著 First and Last Emperors。近年主持"新加坡華人寺廟與東南亞宗教網路"資料庫，研究莆田平原儀式聯盟。以上為公開學術資訊。
