Overview

The thirty-fourth of the Thirty-six Lesser Grotto-Heavens, titled the “Heaven of the Celestial Canopy's Cleansed Mystery,” governed by the Immortal Perfected Jiang. Identified with present-day Mount Tianmu in Lin'an, Zhejiang, a site of Daoist cultivation in the Jin and Tang, later a noted Buddhist mountain (Chanyuan Temple), famed for its grove of ancient cryptomeria trees.
