70th of the Seventy-two Blessed Lands: 'in Luoyang county, Eastern Capital, under the administration of the Perfected Wei,' identified with present-day Mount Mang north of Luoyang, the site of the legend of Laozi's alchemical practice and of the Shangqing Palace.
