Overview
The sixth of the Ten Great Grotto-Heavens, three hundred li in circumference and titled the "Heaven of Shangqing and Jade Tranquility," governed by the Immortal Elder of Xuanzhou. Today it is Mount Chicheng in Tiantai, Zhejiang, whose reddish cliffs resemble a city wall; the mountain has the Yujing Cave, Ziyun Cave, and the Jigong Cloister, and together with the Tongbai Palace of Tiantai forms part of the Daoist heritage of Tiantai.
